and said : Just last week...but I ended up not having to do the trial..it was a mother suing her son for money...I don't thnk you should sue your family..he was a young 20 something..if my parents had tried to do that to me I would sure have been in bad shape..you "loan" to your kids and hope it returns and if it doesn't then who cares..they are your kids.

No way: This is crazy! Kids have no right to sue for discipline.
and said : This is what is wrong with kids these days...they have no boundaries and when one is put up those that are above should not interefere. What is going to stop kids from distroying themselves? How terrible for a court to side with the child here. That girls father was doing the right thing and then the court just messed it up for every parent trying to protect their child. Courts need a change..they let real child abusers off and punish parents for being parents?

Nope, everyone needs to go to church.
and said : What makes you hate anyone? I go to church on all said times...usually. I am not wasting my time at all..I wasted the first 27 years of my life doing whatever and found God or rather He found me and I am so glad He did.

Yes I do and I treat them like anyone else.
and said : I did...my brother died last year from AIDS. He was diagnosed 11 years ago and given 6 months to live. He had full blown AIDS which people usually do not survive long. His Dr. said the reason he lived so long was do to his family support. His Dr. said most AIDS patents have little or no support so the disease takes them faster. My brother was my best friend, we went to college together and talked almost daily. We spent every Thursday night together for the past 17 years. He was an awesome guy. His co-workers called him the gentle giant. He had a heart of gold and lived his faith in God by example rather than by words. He is missed by all of us so much and everyday I do something that brings him to my mind. A huge piece of my heart went with him. I was his medial PO which was a great responsibility that I did with great honor. I know he knew I loved him but I don't think he knew the people that knew him cared about him as much as they did. He was so ashamed of what he had he did not allow anyone to know except me at first and then I talked him into telling my family..he didn't want to but I felt he was robbing them by not allowing them to love him and help him through this. None of our extended family or any of his friends knew and think he should have told them because they were very hurt when he died and they didn't know he was so sick. So my advice is to tell your friends and family if you are HIV positive. Those that avoid you really never cared about you any way and the ones that do want a chance to tell you and support you. It is the worse disease I have ever witnessed and I have been with many people when they died. Nothing is worth risking your life for. And so many young people are infected and not knowing is down right evil. Having this and not finding out and infecting others is so aweful. You are doing the same as shooting some one to death if you are having sexual activity of any kind with out knowing in black and white whether that person is clean or not.
