and said : I don't think it matters if you are a felon or an ex felon. how can you expect someone to make their way back into society? if once they serve their time for the crime they keep being shunned away from society, that is why these people that roll back into society go back to prison and commit harsher crimes that would affect the rest of society like murders,robberies,selling of uncontrolled substances instead helping people deal with the time lost being incarcerated and making sure that when they do come back into society they have the tools to deal with that very important transition.Take the military for instance when a soldier is let go by the military the armed forces don't give the soldier him/her the neccesary tools to become a normal citizen again and as a result they suffer from post traumatic stress syndrome the environment is very hastly in war almost the same hastly environment in prison that causes people to be afraid to return to society and not having the programs available for this person to deal with his/her return to society. The persons rights are being taken away while incarcerated, so why? would you continue to violate the persons rights when he/she becomes part of society once he/she is released from prison. That i consider is a crime within itself that is a violation of someones right to change policy in this country when no longer in prison i mean doesn't the courts expect someone not to commit another crime once they are released from the department of "CORRECTIONS" just look at the word corrections if you are being corrected then why would the court system then turn around and disenfrachise the felon from voting. The reason you are being released from prison in the first place is because the evaluation given by the courts sees you fit to return to society,and i feel the courts action is very hypocritical in this aspect to see someone fit to return to society but not see the person fit to vote. i call this voter suppresion at its best you can't discriminate against race,color,sex,or previous condition of servitude it is in The U.S. Constitution stated in Amendment XV, which was ratified by the states in 1870: but someone that has been restored by the time the person was committed for and has since regreted his or her crime should not be disinfranchised.

and said : That is why as a parent i feel the government has taken our right away to discipline our own children. They think that by letting them do whatever they want and let them know that if the parent strikes them they have the right to threaten their parents to call the police for child abuse is gonna fix the situation. All they (jail system) are doing is setting them up in a way to keep being bad or to go out there and commit a crime so the incarceration proccess can start after that i'ts impossible to turn back the hands of time now they are going to hold your sons or daughters future ion their hands. Is it any reason why we have a higher percentage of young adults and alot of younger children facing life in prison with no possibility of parol, is that a way to discipline our children well for the jail system it is, our children to them are just a number and a hefty monthly income that pays most if not all the salaries, they don't care whether your son or daughter ever gets released from prison and all because you can't discipline your child the way you want to. If you spank your child because you don't want him hangin around the neighborhood thugs then you go to jail and if you don't spank your kids then they will hang out with the thugs and eventually get in some kind of trouble then your government steps in and raises your child for you in the jail system. is that as far as us parents want our government to go as to let the youngsters of the future run wild well not for me.

and said : She should just drop out for the sake of the democratic party. I'ts not about Obama,Mccain or hillary I'ts about the american people that's right I'ts about us and the future of our nation. If we vote Mccain i'ts the same bush policies WAR,WAR,WAR and more of the bush tax cuts that favor the rich not the average american family not to say that being rich is awful but if there is to be a middle class family in the future then Mccain is not the person. If we vote hillary we go back in the past to the classic white house scandals that america has somehow forgotten about. she will have the same policies her husband had eight years ago much more of the same policies of the clinton era her health plan of eons ago that was nothing but a puff of smoke it didn't work in the ninetees and it won't work in 08', her N.A.F.T.A trade agreements she favored in her husbands presidency that she now says she opposed gave companies the right to move jobs overseas to sweat shops that paid their employees $3.00 an hour and made alot of americans lose their jobs right here in the united states of america, her so-called foreign policy experience that has been vetted to be nothing but full of lies, and yet die hard hillary supporters look beyond those issues just cause she is a "clinton" but if we want something new in washington that's not moved by the special interests that will bridge the divide with both party's to bring dems and repubs together that will fight for the rights of all the american people and not someone that will tell us just what we want to hear, the same old politics with the same old people that just want to have the power of being the president cause somehow they feel entitled to it, then we want change and change comes with something new not something of the past and someone that wants to follow in the current president's footsteps i mean the clintons had their chance to change the nation and they came with nothing but scandal after scandal and mccain ran for president in 2000 and didn't win and is still trying to appeal to the american people, they didn't like him in 2000 what makes you think they like him now. Republicans just have to settle for this candidate that has his focus on a war that has taken 4000 + lives that should've never been waged and was waged on nothing but lies that GWB took upon himself to lie to the american people with WMD'S. we need something fresh in the oval office and that person is Obama. we really need to get past this racial divide that has us looking at each other like if we are fron another planet. vote for the best person that has our best interest on their agenda, just by looking at hillary and her ongoing campaign knowing she has no chance of beating Obama we all know she is looking out for number one HER! and mccain is just sitting back and enjoying the ride letting hillary do the dirty work for the republicans. so if you the american people want real change then vote for the candidate that can bring this real change to america not more of the same.
