and said : stray cat became a regular fixture in our house about a month ago.. a kitten, really.. and since the tree has gone up has spent a great deal of time in it, knocking off ornaments, and I am sure chewing on wiring... what's a guy to do.. the family loves the cat ..

yes, that's how God intended it
and said : yes, but it is not about god. we've gone from two parent families where one parent stayed home with the kids, cooked nutritious meals for the kids, was able to nurture the kids while they were young, was active in the school thier kids went to and was basically a full time parent .. to a situation where in the majority of two-parent families (those that still exist) both parents HAVE to work to support the family, the kids are in day-care, and being active in the school means dropping store bought cookies off at your kids classroom on your way to work, a nutritious meal is fast food and if you or the teacher aren't around there is noooo supervision for the kids ... it's not about god or sexism, it's about what is right for the child versus selfishness.
