No they will not hear the case.
and said : Deforio is claiming that since Obama Sr was a British citizen, that makes Obama Jr ineligible, as he would have held dual citizenship. Every judge that has read this frivolous suit as given it a miss, as dual citizenship doesn't negate the fact that Obama Jr is a natural born US citizen.

and said : I lived in CT and RI for several years. I can honestly say I do not miss snow whatsoever. After shoveling crotch deep snow for 2 months a year, or having the snow plow drivers smirkingly plow all the snow you just spent 2 hrs shoveling out of the driveway back into it..
