and said : I would do a little bit of research to find out what the average annual American household income is, and ensure that I would be able to have enough to draw that amount until I am 90 or so, buy some land and build an adequate house, get a couple of vehicles, donate a large lump some to sav-a-life, and then set up the rest into a charitable trust to help women who were considering abortion but have decided to keep their babies instead.

and said : I would tell him that I was very proud of him for admitting this feeling, because I know that it takes alot of courage to say this out loud to anyone in the world, especially mom and dad. I would, however, caution him to really thoroughly examine his feelings before getting involved in any relationships, because if he is still unsure he could really break someone else's heart. I would also let him know that many people who do not choose to live that lifestyle have fantasies about people of the same sex which remain just that, fantasies, and that that's o.k. too. I would then lead the discussion into the realm of safe sex and make sure that he knew how to use and has a supply of condoms. I will do this with both of my children when they give me any indicator that they are ready to possibly become sexually active.

and said : Whether or not there is a biological component that may influence someone to want to do these things to children or not is irrelevant. We all still have to make choices about each action or inaction that we take daily. Choosing to molest a child should carry serious penalties regardless of the presence or absence of any biological influence, just like choosing to sexually assualt an adult would.

and said : Who I have sex with is a choice. Who I am attracted to is not. I can honestly say that I have had feelings of attraction for people of both sexes since the onset of puberty. That was not a choice that I made. Being honest with myself and accepting who I am without guilt was the choice.

and said : Hell is a modern construct. Heck, the Hebrews didn't even believe in hell. For them Sheol was the grave, the end, that's it, game over. Hell is a tool that is used by those who are under demonic influence to frighten others into blindly following their false doctrine. Christ never used this tool. Our modern churches are tainted where they do so.

and said : I would rather have registered as Libertarian or Green or Other, as that would be a more accurate reflection of my voting record and my beliefs, but I had to pick one of the main two when I signed up for election judge duty, and I feel that the Repubs need more watchin' at the polls than the Dems do, so that's what I chose! My first time out of the gate I voted for Perot. After that was Nader, Nader (ouch!), Kerry (weenie), and this year I sincerely hope to see Ron Paul on the ballot in my precinct. Go Freedom! and said : I don't, but I found a Virginia man with bluegrass in his blood out in Denver and took him home to Mississippi. He tried to make a living there by building guitars and gigging around the Memphis to Tuepelo to Greenwood area. After struggling through all that, and some other misery, he finally got the blues. Guess that makes me a blues muse!
