This is What I think makes a good Parent
and said : I think that a good parent is there for their children, always willing to listen, and ready to guide them to make good decisions even when the child is resistant. A good parent is someone that will take the time to explain why things are right and why they are wrong, someone that isn't too busy to spend some time and actually play with their children and isn't afraid to discipline them when they need it.

and said : I agree that an understanding of the language should be attained but if we are going to take this stance then we should make sure when we visit other countries that we make an effort to learn that country's language as well.

and said : I think that she should have a little more self respect than this. She is going to sell herself to the highest bidder to pay for college? There are other ways to pay for college that don't include letting a stranger who may or may not be diseased invade one's body. To me its disgusting but its her life and some people need to learn things the hard way, whose to say that later on in her life she won't regret not saving her virginity for someone special?

and said : Its up to the parent to decide that. When Alanna was two months old I took her to an MMA event in Hawaii called ICON. It was loud but it really didn't seem to bother her. She slept through the whole thing.

and said : I think its important for parents to listen to their children. They need to feel comfortable coming to you when they have an issue and if you are constantly telling your kid what they have to say is unimportant you are going to miss out on bonding with them.
