They should remain in military control from capture through interrogation and Military Tribunal, without benefit of American constitutional freedoms and rights.

and said : It depends on too much stuff. But if your attacker is a novice and you're not, you'll likely survive the armed assailant. If your attacker is skilled and armed, you have little chance to even ponder your favorite Bruce Lee fighting poster stance.

and said : The problem was that C Everette Koop, Reagan's SG, was insisting that everyone who was sexually active was at equal risk. They worked hard to prevent rampant homophobia turning violent. Some people were saying we should quarantine AIDS carriers. It was a terrifying time on purpose. The government (CDC, SG) had to terrorize everyone equally so blame would shifted from one group. They implied a single heterosexual, unprotected vaginal intercourse session, would be nearly as likely to cause AIDS as would multiple partners in a homosexual bathhouse. And then they said any non-sexual contact with a AIDS carrier was harmless (to prevent panic among health care/hospice workers) so long as your didn't exchange blood serums. It was suspicious information. Then Koop decided to target young kids on the proper use of condoms. And they started telling heterosexuals that any contact they had in previous years was high risk (they kept moving the years back, too). They implied there was likely an AIDS carrier somewhere in our sexual legacy and we all been exposed to it. They absolutely terrorized us. All just so the homosexual community would not be ostracized as "Typhoid Marys". So anyway, I think the government's handling was bad for everyone. While they were obsessed with spreading blame a lot of homosexual people died and a lot of heterosexual people were terrorized. I think they should have targeted the problem groups, isolated them and dealt with it just like any other disease. But it became a political disease and a favorite for in-crowd fundraisers. It existed to exist. They later diagnosed anyone in Africa who had a cough with fever as HIV positive so they conduit funds into corrupt regimes. In the end, another helpful hint that we should never use the government for anything bigger than the county library.

If a cure for AIDS could be found that required a change in behavior in the homosexual community, would the homosexual community change their behavior? In other words, would they modify their personal behavior if it meant a cure for the disease?

and said : This is political and the prosecutor is a friend of W. Its supposed to help the prosecutor make inroads with the growing Hispanic vote in Texas but then it just turned into a pissing contest. It stinks, its crooked bad but no pardon will go their way. This is another Nifong-styled vote buying campaign.
