The commander and chiefs primary responsibility is to protect the American people. Since 911, there have been many foiled attempts to harm U.S. citizens and our interests. Because he has protected our homeland as well as he has, I am greatful for that. Anyone that says that he has done a poor job, has never walked in his shoes. I have learned in my many years, not to judge someone whos position I have never been in.
